Checked once. Signed twice.
A second reviewer re-runs everything and stamps the sheet. Only verified work leaves the building; the full record is below.
A claim enters this sheet unproven. By the last line it has been challenged, instrumented, plotted and countersigned, because a result is not a statement. It is a method that survived.
First, the counter-position gets the pen.
