We collect very little, and sell none of it.

• We do not sell or rent your personal information. Ever.
• We do not run advertising trackers or third-party ad pixels.
• We collect what you type into a form, and technical basics needed to serve the site.
• Card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store them.
• Email us and we will delete what we hold about you.

What you send us. If you use the contact form, ask for a redesign preview, or claim a site, we receive what you typed: typically your name, email address, website address and your message. We keep it so we can reply and do the work.

Claim records. If we built a preview for your company, we hold your company name, a contact email, the preview address, the page count and status of the project, and any notes from our conversations. This is the record we need to do business with you.

Payment records. When you pay, we hold a payment reference, the amount, and whether it succeeded. We never receive your card number, expiry or security code, because the payment form belongs to Stripe rather than to us.

Technical basics. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs, as every web server must, to serve pages and defend against abuse.

A theme preference. If you switch to light mode we store that choice in your browser. It never leaves your device and is not personal information.

To reply to you, produce the work you asked for, take payment, meet our tax and accounting obligations, and keep the site working and secure. That is the complete list.

We do not build advertising profiles, we do not do behavioural targeting, and we do not enrich your data with information bought from third parties.

Only the companies we need to run the business:

• Stripe, to take payment. They receive your payment details directly and act as their own controller for them.
• Our hosting provider, to serve the site.
• Our email and calendar providers, to correspond with you and book meetings.
• Our accountants, and any authority we are legally required to tell.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

We use AI tools within a human-led design and development process. Worth being direct about what that means for you:

• We research companies using publicly available information when building a speculative preview.
• We do not feed your confidential documents, credentials or non-public business information into public AI tools.
• Everything an AI tool drafts is reviewed by a person before it reaches you. We do not publish claims about your business that a human has not checked.

Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within about 12 months. Records for projects we actually did are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is typically seven years. Preview links are deactivated after 45 days, though we keep the underlying work in case you return.

Email hello@agenseo.ai and ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. We will do it. Depending on where you live you may have these as legal rights; we would rather simply honour the request than debate which law applies.

If you would prefer we did not hold a speculative preview for your company, say so and we will take it down and delete the record. You do not need to give a reason.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. Your theme preference is stored in your browser’s local storage, not sent to us. Stripe sets its own cookies during checkout, which are necessary for payment and fraud prevention.

This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
