Whichever the site actually needs. If the structure fights you, it is a rebuild. If the bones are fine and it simply looks dated, a refresh is cheaper and faster. We tell you which on the first call, and we will talk you out of the bigger job when the smaller one is enough.
Projects are fixed-price and scoped in writing after the intro call, so the number depends on how many pages and how far gone it is. What is always true: no hourly billing, no surprise invoices, and the preview that starts the conversation is free.
No. Your current site stays live and untouched while the new one is built at a private address you can share with your team. We switch over only when you say so, and it takes minutes.
