Standard pricing is $3,499 for setup plus $300 for every page, including the home page. Half is due on start and half on launch.

Custom builds receive a project-specific delivery schedule. Creator Care and Creator Back Office start when Stripe confirms the first monthly payment. There is no 30-day trial. Each plan renews monthly until canceled, and the listed provider responsibilities still apply.

The short answers to the decisions that usually come up before a website build, care plan, or creator package begins.
Standard is for a content-led marketing website with up to 50 pages and no application features. Custom is for larger sites, specialty engagements, e-commerce, payments, booking, APIs, logins, user roles, content systems, databases, portals, and other functionality that needs its own architecture and scope.
Count every distinct page in the proposed website, including the home page. Reusable sections within a page do not count as separate pages. If your current site has a large article library, product catalog, or other content that needs migration, send us the URL so we can confirm whether the Standard formula still fits.
A clear link to an existing external store may fit a Standard website. Building or migrating a storefront, embedding checkout, synchronizing a product catalog, connecting payments, or adding other commerce functionality receives a Custom quote based on the platforms and work involved.
The 50% engagement deposit starts the project. We confirm the scope, schedule kickoff, and collect the content and access needed for the build. The remaining 50% is due when we deliver the finished website for your review. Hosting and ongoing support remain a separate choice and are not added automatically at deposit checkout.
A Standard website using Self-hosting, Essential, or Growth will be launch-ready within 30 days of kickoff, or you may request a full refund of your deposit. Launch-ready means ready for your review and approval. Custom projects use a schedule agreed around their scope. Read the current guarantee terms for the operative details.
No. The website build and ongoing hosting are two separate decisions. After choosing Standard or Custom, you can self-host on an account you control, choose Essential or Growth, select a creator plan when it fits, or request Custom hosting and support for a more complex application.
Paying the website deposit does not start a subscription. Essential or Growth begins only after you explicitly choose the plan and complete its Stripe checkout. That checkout starts a 30-day trial, with the first monthly invoice 30 days later. For a new website, we recommend starting the plan at launch so billing stays aligned with delivery. Creator Care and Creator Back Office charge the first month during Stripe checkout, start immediately, and do not include a 30-day trial.
Yes. With Self-hosting, we launch on an account you control and hand over owner access. You should own your domain and third-party business accounts. When the project is paid in full, you own the website pages, the copy we wrote for you, the design as applied to your site, and the code in your repository. See what you own for the complete terms.
You do not need one to begin the conversation. A creator plan does need a supported storefront and fulfillment setup before recurring work begins. If you need a new store, or an existing store needs substantial cleanup, migration, catalog work, or integration, we scope that setup separately before the monthly plan starts.
Creator plans cover the agreed product research, artwork treatment, standard mockups, listing, configuration, and publication work. You give final approval and own the storefront, payment, and fulfillment accounts. Provider fees, samples, product costs, shipping, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, customer service, returns, and order disputes stay with you unless we contract for them separately.
